These terms apply when you use the Connect Clients website ("the site") or hire us for services. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.

Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the site.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission.
- Misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including copy, images, design, code, and branding, is the property of Connect Clients unless otherwise noted. You may not reuse it without written permission.
Any work we produce for a client is owned by the client on full payment, subject to the specific agreement we sign for that project.
Services and scope of work
The packages and prices shown on this site are a starting point. Every engagement is confirmed in a written proposal that outlines the exact scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. The proposal controls if anything differs from this site.
Payments and refunds
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project work begins once a deposit is received. Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started. Either party may cancel a monthly retainer with 30 days written notice.
Third party services
Our work may involve third party services such as hosting, analytics, advertising platforms, or booking tools. You are responsible for any fees those providers charge. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or policy changes by third party providers.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to deliver quality and to drive real outcomes, but we do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic, leads, bookings, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Connect Clients is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date will reflect any change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute will be handled in a court located in San Diego County, California.
